In order to have such an honor bestowed upon them, the dealership must meet rigorous standards in all aspects of their operations to be considered for the award.
Not only must the dealership lead the way is Sales and Customer Satisfaction, but they must also show their long term commitment to retaining customers, using only GM Genuine Parts, participating in the Stands of Excellence Training, and maintaining their compliance with the Essential Brands Elements program requirements.
In a rare feat, the LaFontaine Automotive Group met or exceeded GM's criteria to have all three of their Highland, Michigan franchises named a Top Dealer For 2010.
