There is no cost to a client of LaFontaine automotive clients. Whether they buy or lease a new or used car, or whether they service ANY car at any LaFontaine dealership. They will receive ALL the benefits to the program.

There is an 888 number which goes directly to the Directors of the LaFontaine VIP program. They can direct you to any of the businesses involved in the home benefit discount program. Or you can simply contact the company directly.

Do I have to use all of the companies?

In other words, what if I am just looking for a mortgage or I need plumbing work done?You do not have to use ALL of the companies to enjoy the discounts offered to VIP members. You can use any company's service and enjoy their exclusive discount. Just make sure and mention that you are a VIP LaFontaine family member.

How long does the LaFontaine VIP program last?

There is no time-frame limit to the discounts offered by the program. There will be new company's added throughout the year, in different locations, so be sure and check the website for new offers.

Can any business join the program?

Any company can inquire to the parameters of the program. The members involved have been chosen for their commitment to service, the customer service relationships they have built in their community, and their involvement with the LaFontaine Automotive family.

What if I lose my card?
A:
You do not have to have your card to enjoy the benefits. We will gladly replace the card free of charge. You can go to the website, or contact your local LaFontaine dealer and they will direct you to the correct department.

What if I live far away from a dealership?
A:
Many of the companies in the program service the entire state. Contact the 888 phone number (or email us under the contact page) and we will do our best to find a company to assist you.
