Great service experience. Took my Terrain in for warranty work and really appreciated the technician video of the multi-point inspection. Full transparency at its best. Great communication and efficient, COVID-safe processes, too.
The interior was closed due to COVID, but that did not stop the staff from providing a great experience and easy of purchase. Would definitely be back for a future purchase!
Edit: Mike called and arranged to have the car brought in so they could look at the door. While it was there, they tried to fix the rear wiper blade and discovered that there was a pervasive wiring issue. They sent it out to be fixed and did not charge for us that, even lent us a loaner for the 7+ days it took to repair. All in all, we received the service that we had expected from the outset and are very happy customers. Original: I should have driven the car straight to a mechanic for a real inspection before signing on the dotted line. In less than 5 days, the driver side door doesn't open from the inside, the windshield wipers were complete crap and had to be replaced, ran out of windshield wiper fluid, rear wiper doesn't work at all, car takes forever to heat up, and we somehow missed an unsightly gouge in the rear door. I called to see if they could take a look at the door not opening and they were going to charge me for the diagnostics. I'd had it only a few days. I understand that it's a used car and I bought it, problems and all - there's still a certain level of trust you have to place in your dealership, and Lafontaine missed the mark hard.

We have had this car here many times and this was the best and quickest it has been done. Just hope the purge valve does the trick and totally fixed the issue.

Nice dealership, the only small issue I had was waiting for someone to wait on me. I had a appointment, drove into service bay area, took sometime before a (I think) a manager walked up to me and asked if I was taken care of, said no, he took me to a service person who in turn did help, there was quite a few service people but all were on phones. After that, everything was fine.

Buying process. The part where the warranty was offered was unacceptable. The warranty process should have been provided by the sales person and not the one who handles the paper work.
This is one dealership you can actually look forward to going to. My salesman is so courteous that he would make a great friend.
